Stay away from people who:
- tell you that they can save your house if you pay them X dollars.
- ask you to sign a document with blank spaces.
-say that you can transfer your property to them and later buy it back.
-tell you that if you go into bankruptcy you save your home - this is a temporary fix and you can still lose your home.
